We cannot increase your footage after your project has been pre-approved, so please strive to provide as accurate information as possible in your application. Please note that LBWD may review your requested footage and reduce the project area if a discrepancy is noted. There is a total minimum of 250 square feet, and the total maximum (front and backyards combined) is 5,000 square feet per application per property.

I, the individual named as “Property Owner” listed, above, certify that

• • I am the owner of the “Lawn” listed above as the project address; and
• • I have read, understand and agree to the Incentive’s
  Terms and Conditions; and
  Design Requirements; and
• • I agree to waive, release, relinquish and discharge LBWD, its officials and employees from all liability, loss, claims, demands, causes of action, and damage arising out of my participation in this Program.
• • I give Long Beach Water Department the right to use the design of the L2G landscaped area as well as descriptions of it, and before- and after-photos and videos of it, for the purpose of promoting drought tolerant landscapes. This promotion could be in the form of videos, print, web, and/or other venues.
• • The information on this application is true and correct.
