Residents can get an incentive to replace grass turf in their front, back and side yards and replace it with a beautiful, water-wise garden. Many of the tips and strategies you’ll find on this site come from the experience of more than 3,000 homeowners that have successfully replaced grass lawns with beautiful landscapes.

Design Reimbursement
Design Reimbursement Program
If DIY is not your style, you can get reimbursed for hiring a professional landscape designer. We provide a list of certified landscape professionals that qualify for the reimbursement program.
For projects over 1,000 square feet, eligible customers will receive $ 0.50 per square foot towards their design up to $1,500. Projects under 1,000 square feet are eligible to receive a design reimbursement of $500.
